Nay Pyi Taw, 12 July
The opening ceremony for the ministry’s Gway Pin Yoe village mobile station was held at 9 a.m. today in front of the station in Ottarathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw Council Territory.
Myanma Posts and Telecommunications, under the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications, has completed construction and installation of 27 new mobile stations and 4G LTE upgrades to nine stations across eight regions and states within the designated period. Deputy Minister U Thet Win Aung, Nay Pyi Taw Council members, officials, MPT employees and local residents attended the opening of the new Gway Pin Yoe station. The Deputy Minister and Council member U Tun Tun opened the station. The Deputy Minister delivered an address and a local resident expressed thanks.
